Who you'd be working with

I'm Amin Aouina — solo founder, Danish/Tunisian, based in Kolding. Technical background. I run discovery and delivery directly. Working languages: English, French, Arabic.

Most SMEs that use ChatGPT or Mistral are already deployers under the AI Act. Most don't know it. Most don't need a Big-4 consulting engagement; they need a focused diagnostic and an evidence file. That's what I ship.

Frequently asked

Is Article 4 actually enforceable?

Yes. Article 4 entered application 2 February 2025. Supervision starts 3 August 2026. Fines up to €15M or 3% of global turnover. Enforced in France by CNIL (data protection) and DGCCRF (market surveillance).

My company is small — does this still apply?

Yes. Article 4 has no headcount floor. If you use ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral, or vendor AI tools, you're in scope.

My vendor (Workday / Mistral / Cegid / etc.) handles AI Act compliance, right?

Vendors handle their PROVIDER obligations. As the company deploying their tool, you have separate DEPLOYER obligations (Articles 26-27). Those cannot be contracted away.

Why fixed price instead of T&M?

Mid-market consulting drags work to fill the hours. I run a diagnostic with a defined output. If it takes me 4 days instead of 5, you still pay €1,500 / €4,500. The clarity is the product.

What if I need more after the diagnostic?

Optional €1,500/month retainer covers ongoing questions, vendor updates, and regulator changes. Discussed during discovery if relevant.
